Today Morgan and I took our gift card, generously given to us by two of Morgan's friends and co-workers, to a baby boutique in Savannah. Normally we would never be able to afford anything in that shop, but with gift card in hand we purchased a car seat and stroller (pictured below - although the car seat we bought is dark purple and black, not the bright blue).
Now I just have to figure out how to work it.

whats your gift registry online? can you email it to me bill@williamwheatley.com so i can get some of the stuff you guys will need. If you don't have one could you make one most places let you do them online so its pretty sweet :)
we went for it because of the high safety rating on the car seat. thanks to the gift card we only spent $13 of our own money! like i said, it was a VERY generous gift card. we are really lucky.

Do you have the book "Baby Bargains"? It's a great little reference guide for stuff you need, and don't need.
