This is a house I'm designing at work. It's roughly 7,000 square feet with the interior and exterior spaces. It also has a pool. The finish materials are brick and horizontal wood lap siding. The early construction estimate is $2 million.

That is so cool that you have a SKILL. I mean, you will be SO useful someday designing my dream shingle house in the Hamptons! :)
