My mom wants to paint the shutters on her house (see pictures below). They are currently a beige and her siding is pale yellow. I took her two suggestions of paint colors (dark navy blue - probably darker than shown in the picture, and maroon) and used my handy Photoshop skills to superimpose the colors onto a picture of her house.
Here's where you come in. Which color do you like better?
p.s. This is also another great way to procrastinate studying for my next exam (see post below).

Red is my favorite color followed by blue. So i vote red. But the blue really doesn't look bad either.
I totally vote BLUE- with the yellow that is a classic combo, you can't go wrong. Love her house by the way- very nice and such beautiful grounds!
I'm going with blue as well. Don't get me wrong, I adore red, but the blue just looks very nice.
Hi Allison, It's Heather (Bill's girl) I think they both look nice but the blue has a certain something that grabbed my attention right away...blue it is!
thanks for all of your thoughts. i think she's going with blue, but she did mention something to the affect of "dark avacado grey-green" (whatever color that's supposed to look like) to blend in with the landscape. i think she's still going with blue, though. i'll make sure to post a picture when it's painted.
