About a week ago the bottom of my foot started to itch, and itch, and itch. So, having had athlete's foot before, I deteremined that this was what was going on with my foot. So, I asked Morgan to "use his best judgement" in getting me whatever athlete's foot medicine would be best. I said "get whatever you would get for yourself". I knew that I was taking my life into my hands, because if you know Morgan, than you know that he thinks outside of the box on a lot of issues...hence, he came home with jock itch medicine. I'm assuming that it treats athlete's foot too since it's an anitfungal, but man, I hope I'm not wrong.
What I really need to know is whether it is contagious and if it spreads. I've had to itch it before and although I wash my hands right afterwards, I worry about it spreading to my fingers, or worse, my face. Try explaining why I have "jock itch" on my face to my bosses. "No, seriously, it's not what it sounds like!"

I don't even know how to comment on this one.
Jock itch is the same thing as ring worm- so yes, it is highly contagious. But the fungus has to have an entry point- a scratch, or other abrasion, such as cracked dry feet, or disfigured former-ballet feet that I have always found horrifying, especially when placed on my PILLOW. I KNEW those things were diseased, you carrier monkey...
yeah, that was my big plot, to give you athlete's foot on your face...damn, you figured me out!
Note to self: Make Allison keep shoes on next time she and Morgan come over.
Better make Morgan keep his shoes on too.
