True Allegiance

I find myself in the middle of a sticky situation...at least it is for me. For Morgan, it's cut and dry. The Broncos beat the Patriots this weekend in what was a great game (it was even more sweet because no one was picking them to win). I have, being born in Colorado, been a Bronco fan for life (not like Morgan who waited until he was seven to get a clue...sorry honey). But, growing up I was heavily influenced by my father who's team is the Steelers(he was born and raised in Pennsylvania). Growing up in a household of two men (my dad and my brother) I learned to love football and enjoy Sundays at home, and the Steelers were our team, but I always had a soft spot for the Broncos. I also learned a lot about the game. So, you can now see my dilema. The Steelers have beaten the Colts (yeah!) and are now poised to go into Denver for the AFC Championship game.

What do I do? Do I take allegiance with my dad, the one who nurtured and cared for me and put band-aids on my boo-boos? Or do I go back to my roots and take allegiance with Morgan, my loving husband and the one who will be taking care of me in my old age? If I go against the Broncos I run the risk of being slowly poisoned in my Sunday pancakes...so really it is a matter of life and death.

Please help,

Baffled in Bluffton...

LOL you are the lucky one you like both teams so either way you win.

It would be like a redskins ravens superbowl for me i'd win either way :)
